Leah's Birth Story - Seattle Birth Photographer

I have been away from this blog for far too long. Raising two girls and moving across the country can do that to a person. I am thrilled to be making the transition to Seattle and ready to start photographing in our new hometown, so this blog will be all abuzz in the coming weeks as I show you lots of photo shoots that have yet to be shared.

If you know someone in the Seattle area who is interested in birth photography, please do send them my way. The first three births I book here receive half off! Enough with the talk, though, let's get to the pictures.

Every baby is miraculous, but there is something extra special about welcoming a little one whose family has been waiting a long time to meet her. Little Leah wasted no time coming into the world once we reached the birthing center, and I'm so glad to have been there to greet her. What a lovely birth and beautiful baby girl.
I had the unique pleasure of returning home with baby Leah and her parents to see her big reveal to the other siblings. These kids were so cute - and beyond excited to meet their youngest sister.
It's amazing to see a tiny one enter the world, who hours before was not in the world and then to witness her seamlessly become part of her larger family. Experiencing such miracles surrounding birth makes me extremely grateful to have this calling in life. Thank you, to all the families who let me be a part of this sacred experience with you.

Oh what a beautiful experience and photos! I was getting emotional as I looked through them. So sacred.
